Return and Refund Policy

At Psychedelics Trip, we take pride in the quality and integrity of our products. Due to the nature of the items we sell, we have established the following policy to ensure safety and clarity for all our customers.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unopened & Sealed: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging. Any heat-shrink seals, tamper-evident tabs, or internal lids must remain completely intact.

  • Original Condition: The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your request.

     

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Any product where the original seal has been broken or tampered with.

  • Perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life.

  • Sale or “Clearance” items (these are final sale).

     
  • Gift cards.

     

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or error.

  • In the case of proven damage or shipping errors, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. The Refund Process

  1. Notification: Email us at info@psychedelicstrip.com to initiate a return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our warehouse without prior authorization.

  2. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  3. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take 5–10 business days to post the credit to your account.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Deductions: If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund amount.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange an unopened item for a different version, please contact our support team to discuss availability.
